Shipping

We ship products using mainly USPS and FedEx, but we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based on a zone calculator and zip code. We have no control over shipping rates. Free shipping will be available for orders over $100 (excluding large tubs) which may take longer to be delivered. Although we do offer an option for Express shipping, we cannot guarantee a 1-2 business day delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to get every order processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving the confirmation email. When your order has shipped, we will send out a notification which will include your tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over any delays your shipment may run into while in transit. While we have no control over any delays, we will do our very best to help you figure out any questions or concerns you may have while your shipment is in transit.

When you make a purchase with us it doesn't end there. If you have any problems or concerns with your shipment, simply call or email us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do whatever it takes to make it right!

 

INTERNATIONAL SALES

We currently do not ship internationally. We do have very trusted distributors that are authorized to carry Repashy products outside of the USA.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use a forwarding service for export and your products are confiscated, we will not offer a refund.

Food products are restricted from importation by most countries and usually requires permits. Buyer is responsible for knowing the laws of their country and assume all risks associated with customs seizure. There may also be import duties, taxes, or additional fees due upon importation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand these possible additional fees may be required and charged to the buyer by their applicable agency.
