Refund policy

Repashy Return/Refund policy information,

The normal return policy is you have up to 30 days after receiving the shipment to return an item.

We will gladly accept returns if the items:

Have not been used (UN-opened with the factory seal intact).
Are in their original manufacturer packaging.
Are in new resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

Because this is a food item, we would be willing to accept this return as long as the interior safety seal has not been opened, which means this product needs to be resell able. If this is the case we will approve the return authorization, which requires you to return it to us at your expense. As mentioned, you will only be given a refund for the product value if the container still has the factory seal intact.

You will have the option to receive either 100% in-store credit (minus shipping fees) or you can choose to receive a refund to your card used (minus shipping fees). Please understand that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Please Keep In Mind: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping and to make sure that the shipment is packaged “appropriately” to prevent damage. The product price will be refunded immediately upon receipt of returned unopened product.





How To Submit A Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use a forwarding service for export and your products are confiscated, WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND or RETURN
